The 0xGD NFT is a digital collectible and utility token. It is NOT a security, an investment contract, an equity stake, or an offering of any kind.
The purchase of a 0xGD NFT is for its inherent collectible value, artistic utility, and access to the Good Deer ecosystem. The purchase carries no inherent expectation of financial profit, liquidity, dividends, or return on investment from the efforts of Good Deer or its affiliates.
The secondary market value of the 0xGD NFT is determined solely by market forces and the independent choices of other NFT holders. We make no representations or assurances regarding its future price, volatility, or ability to be sold.

Good Deer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to offer to repurchase 0xGD NFTs from holders. This is a discretionary inventory management and marketing tool and is NOT an obligation to provide liquidity to holders.
Any offered buyback price will be at or below the original eth value, calculated in CAD, and will never be offered with a guaranteed profit margin
All buybacks will be executed in Canadian Dollars (CAD), settled via a fiat payment mechanism.
